Cancellation Policy
At Xmototech, customer satisfaction is our priority. Any return or cancellation of products shall be governed by this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms mentioned herein. If you do not agree, you are advised not to proceed with a purchase.
We may consider cancellations in case of extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events. These cases will be assessed individually to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
Please note: There will be no cancellation on products ordered during a “promotional sale.”
1. Cancellation by Xmototech
There may be certain orders that Xmototech is unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Non-availability of the product or quantity requested
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
- Invalid address or incomplete order details
- Issues identified by our system as bulk/unauthorized orders
- Requirement of additional verification or information
If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your account within a reasonable time. Please note that promo codes, once used, will not be refunded in case of cancellation (whether by customer or Xmototech).
2. Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may request to cancel their orders before dispatch.
- If the order has not been processed/dispatched, we will cancel it and initiate a refund after deducting applicable charges (2.5% of the invoiced amount towards payment gateway fees).
- If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
- Orders placed using EMI/financial partner options may incur additional deductions based on third-party processing charges.
- Xmototech reserves the right to determine whether an order has been processed, and this decision shall be final.
3. Bulk Order Cancellation
Xmototech reserves the right to cancel orders that qualify as Bulk Orders. Characteristics of such orders may include (but are not limited to):
- Products ordered not for self-consumption but for resale
- Multiple orders of the same product to the same address
- Unusually large quantity of the same product
- Use of fraudulent practices or invalid details while ordering
Any promo codes used for such orders will not be refunded.
4. Cancellation Procedure
Customers can request cancellation before dispatch by contacting our Customer Care team through phone, email, or WhatsApp. Order details, including the order number, must be provided for quick processing.
Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted unless under exceptional conditions as stated above. In such cases, customers may return the product as per our Return & Refund Policy.
