Our Commitment to You

At Xmototech, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality motorcycle gear and accessories. We understand that issues can arise, and our policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and straightforward.

Exchange Policy: Getting the Right Fit

  • Ordered gear doesn’t fit right? No problem! We’re happy to exchange it for the correct size.

  • Size Exchange Only – Products purchased can be exchanged only for size.

  • To initiate an exchange:

    1. Ship the product to us within 48 hours of receiving it.

    2. Send an email to contact@xmototech.com with your order details.

  • Customer bears the shipping cost for sending the product back.

  • Xmototech will ship the replacement product free of charge.

  • Exchange will only be valid if:

    • The product is unused.

    • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

Note: Accessories, once purchased, cannot be exchanged.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Products once purchased cannot be returned for a refund.

  • A full replacement will be offered if:

    • The product is faulty.

    • The product has a manufacturing defect.

    • A wrong product was shipped.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable in the requested size/model, you may choose another model of equal value.

  • A refund will only be initiated if the replacement is unavailable and no alternate option is chosen.

  • Refund of return shipping charges:

    • We refund either the original shipping cost incurred by us or the cost you have borne (whichever is lower).

  • No refunds/replacements on:

    • Products bought during sale or discount offers.

    • Accessories.

Cancellation Policy

  • We begin processing orders immediately after confirmation.

  • Therefore, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • If under exceptional cases a refund is initiated (for cancellation within 24 hours), a 2% deduction will apply as processing charges.

  • If any specific product has a different return/exchange rule, it will be clearly mentioned on the product description page.

  • Unless stated otherwise, all purchases are bound by the above policies.
